We purchased our home in Highfield Estates last summer and our experience with Hallmark could be summed up with one word: EASY. From the beginning, Rob and Gerry were incredibly helpful and patient with us as we chose and continually changed options. Our house was unique in that we built a custom in-law suite, which was much larger than the a la carte option. Their team treated that as if it were an everyday occurrence, listened to my mother in law's wishes, and executed it perfectly. There was also no lag time for the custom build and they rolled with multiple edits to keep the project on time. The construction process was seamless and Vince kept us informed on every major project change. The house itself was built with excellent care and quality. We built with a mainstream builder prior to this and the differences are undeniably noticeable. The process felt very hands on and there were many open lines of communication, which was very reassuring. Rob was our tour guide from start to finish and he continues to communicate with us well beyond settlement. Fast forward to one year later and we could not be happier with our decision to build with Hallmark. They helped us design the perfect home for our family's needs and longtime goals. We feel very fortunate to live in this development and would happily build with Hallmark again had we not already found our forever home.
